Not to sound morbid, but the general advice is to get these things written down so they will never be an issue, so here it goes: I only have strong feelings on one aspect: I really do not want my sorry remains to be the centre of any kind of religious rite or ritual whatsoever. Other than that, since I will be dead, I don’t care what happens. I doubt organ transplant will be relevant at my age, but if my body is interesting enough for medical research, then be my guest. And what is left can be disposed of any which way, and wherever.
