Blend the following and adjust flavours and texture to your own taste:

- 3 tblsp light miso
- 2 tblsp date syrup
- 1 tsp himalaya salt
- 1 tblsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tsp amla powder (for the indestructible vitamin C – definitely not for the flavour)
- 2 tblsp nutritional yeast
- Small handful of dried curry leaves
