A lovely walk led by Bernd Steinbrecher, whose birdwatching walks in Britzer Garten I attend at regular intervals.
What is by now true to form, the weather turned out almost the opposite of what had been forecast, and we got lots of sunshine.
More info on Bauhaus tour 26 October here (I do have a ticket, but the weather is miserable, I don’t really like people today, and a Goshawk flies past my window from time to time – I think the same one that normally resides on my local cemetery, so I am staying put, comtemplating the subjects of “nature in the city” and “city wildlife” and stare meditatively at the big chunk of the sky I can watch from my sofa :-). Bauhaus will have to wait.
