Don’t get me started on regional trains in Germany. Or is still just Saxony which is treated as if it is not part of Germany?
The first photo is of the opera in Leipzig, just across from Gewandhaus.
I could not help wondering whether the backs of the seats have a specific function. They had the same kind of grid in Chemnitz Opera House, and those must have been kept since reconstruction, since that is otherwise known as one of the most modern opera houses in Europe.
