Crows are clever. I guess that is why they are what ornithologists call “successful”. This one dropped whatever it was it had in its beak from a great height in order to make it burst open.
And finally, the wheatears were still there (on the fence):

On this particular afternoon, I did not see many birds, though I did catch a glimpse of the Wheatear/SSteinschmätzer, VIP.
I focused on some of all the other critters that can be found there if one keeps one’s eyes open, and I also started to take photos of some of the people using Tempelhofer Feld recreationally. It is a well-known fact that I don’t like photos with people in them, but I will probably need some for a workshop I am attending next month.
So, first the critters, then the birds, and finally the people.
