I had a ticket for an organ concert with Keith Jarrett in Nikolaikirche in the late afternoon.
Though Potsdam is not my kind of place, the weather was September-in-Berlin-at-its-best, so I set out quite early with plenty of time to walk around Neustädter Havelbucht, and spend a bit of time by the river, looking for birds to photograph and experimenting with reflections and ICM. I even went up to the Panorama in Garnisonskirche. A couple of phone photos from up there can be seen on my instagram account.
The day after, my local walk at Landwehrkanal, where the heron seems to have turned sociable and joined the cormorants, ducks and swans on the unsavoury, if not to say filthy-the-typical-Kreuzberg-way, stretch.
