Blistered pimento – a quick, healthy and tasty snack

Wash and dry pimento thoroughly and blister them in a hot, dry pan. When they start to wilt and have the”burnt” spots you want, and flatten slightly, turn off heat and add a drizzle of sesame oil, making sure all pimento are coated with it. Then drizzle with soy sauce or tamari and season with salt and pepper.
