A daily meditation routine is a treat, not a task

Are you finding it difficult to establish a daily meditation routine, having to remind yourself each day, and still missing most days? See it like this: When chaos is all around you, or when you just have a little too much going on, or you want to build resilience for such times, you are allowing yourself the luxury of sitting completely still for 10, 15, or 20 minutes and focusing only on your breath and nothing else. Get away from the thoughts that you must remember to meditate. Just spoil yourself, look forward to it, and do it.
